TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Short Term - At least 30 days notice is required for a full refund should you wish to cancel or reduce the length of your stay.

Janie Williamson reserves the right to retain full payment of any monies paid if cancellation is received within 30 days of arrival date.

Check all dates and details are correct.  Your booking will be confirmed following receipt of rental payment by the due date as seen on the attached account.

Long Term -  Rental Contract to be signed. Rent to be paid fortnightly or monthly in advance.

Bond (1 month) due at start of rental period.

Janie Williamson will endeavour to describe the property and its position to the best of her ability and in good faith.  No liability or damages will be accepted by Janie Williamson for mis-description.

The Visitor shall maintain and leave the property in a clean and tidy condition, or failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee being charged.  The Visitor shall not be guilty of conduct which is a nuisance or annoyance to adjoining or neighbouring occupiers eg loud music/noise

Janie Williamson reserves the right to enter the property for inspection purposes with at least 24 hours notice.

Janie Williamson will have no liability for the Visitor's personal property left on the premises.

The 'Terms and Conditions' for Visitors is governed by the law in Victoria.

Apartment Rental Agreement

The following to be agreed upon by guest:

" I understand that the apartment I am renting is part of a group of Residential units, therefore I will abide by the rules of Body Corporate.

I will not be holding any parties which may affect the 'comfort' of any existing unit owners/tenants.

This will entail no excess noise or rowdy behaviour over the period I am renting.

I will respect the other unit owners / tenants in the apartment block as I would expect them to respect me.

If, for any reason, any complaints are passed on, Janie Williamson will have the right to terminate my stay."
